Andrew Stephens

Andrew is the founder of Swindon Mac. He has been using and repairing Macs since 1984 and while he doesn’t see too many vintage Macs, this experience means that if your Mac has a problem, he’s probably seen it before! Andrew is a highly experienced trainer and educator. Whatever it is making your Mac ill, Andrew can diagnose it clearly and simply.

Elliot Heade

Elliot is a skilled IT professional with Microsoft certifications in support and exchange. With four years experience at Swindon Mac, Elliot is happy to on-site diagnose and fix issues as well as taking Macs apart and replacing those worn out parts.
